We have worked hard to build ALCN into an organization that grants students way more than the Gold Standard in the Coaching field. When we created the Conscious Change Coaching Method® and the Inner Alignment Map® the models were created to support international students in understanding and being able to translate coaching skills into their own culture. What we see in our training programs is how powerful these methods are at supporting ALCN coaches in creating major personal transformation in their own life, both during the training and in their continued growth as they integrate and use the tools with themselves and their clients.
